The ReptileMan will educate, entertain and amaze your students with interesting facts and facinating hands-on opportunities with his reptilian friends! Your science class will be enhanced by the living reptile program.
The ReptileMan brings between 6 and 15 reptiles into your classroom including scaly serpents (snakes), four legged runners (lizards) and perhaps a hard shelled friend (tortoise). Fifteen
to thirty students is the ideal size of audience for a classroom
appearance and all grade levels will benefit and greatly enjoy the
event. Habitat, environment, and unique differences are the exciting
focus of our lively classroom show.
The presentation is normally about 45 minutes but can be customized to fit your needs. While the learning aspect is important, quite often it is the humor that makes the classroom presentation most memorable! Some things that The ReptileMan will need for the presentation: a
table for us to use (at least 6’), a close parking space and a secured
date. There can be no food or drink in the show area as we cannot
be held responsible for any food snatching by our sneaky serpents!

The ReptileMan brings between 8 and 15 wildly exciting reptiles, including slithering snakes, leaping lizards, and possibly a tortoise to each school’s “show-and-tell”. There could be some”touching” of the reptiles involved for some lucky students AND teachers! This is a fun and entertaining experience as well as super educational! Find out which animals make great pets and learn about what they like to eat, how they eat and what kind of habitat they live in. Each animal is revealed, talked about and some are allowed to be touched during the presentation. The sessions are 30 to 45 minutes in length. We do presentations in both public and private schools. Instead of transporting the students, paying entry fees, having lunch away from campus and all the other costs for a field trip, why not schedule The ReptileMan to come to your school campus for an exciting and unusual event? Coming to your school makes it super convenient for you. The location of The ReptileMan presentation should be appropriate for the weather. We do both indoor and outdoor presentations. Reptiles enjoy the same temperatures that we do. Ideal temperatures for outdoor shows are between 68 to 88 degrees. Because it’s hotter than snake poo in Texas, we have done parties in gyms, cafeterias and libraries. When the weather is cooler, playgrounds are ideal. We try to be as flexible as possible!
